Summary. The Save to Win Promotion (the “Promotion”) offers a chance to CentralApp users who sign up and save with Catch a chance to win one of 5 weekly $20 prizes as well as a $400 grand prize, deposited to their Catch account. Promotion participation subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, and rules herein.

Agreement to Official Rules. By entering or participating in the Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these “Official Rules.” ‍ No purchase or payment required. NO PURCHASE, OBLIGATION, OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THE PROMOTION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET, OR WHERE THE METHODS OF PARTICIPATION SET FORTH BELOW WOULD BE DEEMED CONSIDERATION. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.

By entering the promotion you agree to these official rules, which are a contract, so read them carefully before entering. Without limitation, this contract includes indemnities to both Catch Financial Inc. and CentralApp technologies, LLC from you, and a limitation of your rights and remedies.

Sponsor & Administration: The Save to Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by CentralApp Technologies, LLC, 1111 Vernon St, Huntington, West Virginia 25704 (“Sponsor” or “CentralApp”). Catch Financial Inc., 131 Tremont St, Floor 3, Boston MA 02111 (“Service Provider” or “Catch”) acts as the administrator of this Promotion.

Eligibility Criteria. The Promotion is open only to CentralApp users residing in the state of West Virginia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age on the date of entry and who open and fund a Catch account. To be eligible, all CentralApp users must signup through the dedicated CentralApp landing page: https://www.catch.co/partners/centralapp using signup code CA21 or centralapp.

Employees of Catch and their family members (or people living in the same household whether related or not) are not eligible. For the purposes of the Promotion, family members are defined as spouse, partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children, and grandchildren (including “step” as they may apply).

Promotion Period. The “Promotion Period” begins at 12 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 4th, 2021, and ends at 11 PM EST on April 12th, 2021. Each week, $20 prize winners will be selected from entries made during the given weekly period. The grand prize winner will be selected from all entries made during the full Promotion Period.

How to Enter. There are two ways to enter in this promotion:

Enter by opening a Catch account: To enter the Promotion, eligible individuals (“Entrants”) must save at least $25 into their Catch account. For every $25 saved, users will receive an additional entry into that week’s Promotion. Users will also receive an entry for the grand prize for every $25 saved during the full Promotion period.

Alternate method: To enter without obligation or opening a Catch account, visit  https://catchco.typeform.com/to/GTzOuVJF (the “Alternate Method of Entry Website”) during the Promotion Period and complete the registration form with your true and correct information in the required fields. Upon registering, you will earn one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Regardless of the method of entry, all participants must satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth above in order to be eligible to win a prize.

Entrants may not submit an Entry on behalf of someone else. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. By submitting an Entry, the Entrant represents and warrants that Entrant meets all eligibility criteria for participation in the Promotion. The entrant further acknowledges that if the entrant is chosen as a winner, entrants identifying information, including but not limited to entrants name, may be disclosed to third parties including, without limitation, being placed on a winners’ list.

Winner Selection. One weekly prize winner will be chosen at random from the qualified entries made that week. One grand prize winner will be selected from the total entries made during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted either by independent persons or a computer program that randomly chooses the winner, from all eligible entries received and the random selection is final and binding. The winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Announcement. Prize winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the prize drawing. Winners will receive deposits in their Catch account automatically.

If a deposit cannot be made to a Catch account due to a restriction or other issue, the prize will be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting) based on the original method of winner selection in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prize. Five (5) people will win a weekly prize of $20 in USD each (each a “Prize Winner”) and one (1) person will win a grand prize of $400 USD (“Grand Prize Winner”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Prizes: US $500.

The Prize Winners receive their prize as a deposit into the Savings goal of their Catch Account.

All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Prize Winner does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize. The sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the Prize Winner to accept or use any Prize (or portion thereof) for any reason. No transfers or prize substitutions will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. No more than the stated prizes will be awarded. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any Prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption to claim or use a Prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming, seeking to claim, or using a Prize.

Reservation of Rights. Sponsor and Service Provider reserve the right to remove, reject, or disqualify (along with the entrants who submitted them) any Entry which, in its opinion, (a) violates any of these Official Rules, the terms of service and privacy policy of Catch, (b) infringes, misappropriates or violates any rights of any third party including, without limitation, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or right of privacy or publicity, or (c) is otherwise inappropriate for inclusion in the Promotion, or (d) appear to be fraudulent or illegitimate accounts.

Sponsor is not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by electronic transmission or otherwise; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties.

The Sponsor and Service Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time at their sole discretion.

The total maximum annual aggregate prize any Catch user is eligible to receive for all Catch bonus programs, promotion and referrals, including this promotion, is $595 per calendar year. This total annual limit includes previously earned Catch bonuses, rewards or prizes.

Governing Law and Choice of Forum. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Promotion or these Official Rules must be brought in either the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts or the state courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
